The legacy infrastructure was a scaling bottleneck — onboarding new customers or formats took weeks, and operations lacked real-time visibility.
Our Solution
Designed a disconnected, cloud-native architecture on Azure PaaS. Replaced BizTalk entirely with Azure Logic Apps, Service Bus, Function Apps, API Management, and Redis Cache. Built an async flow: receive, validate, ACK, transform, save via load balancer, final ACK. Added real-time dashboards using Cosmos DB.
